BAPTISM - (English) Registration is at the Parish Office. Parent meeting as well as pre-baptismal class for parents and godparents is not optional. If Parent or Godparent(s) have baptized in the last 12 months from the date of intended baptism, proof must be provided (where and when class was taken); a letter or card from the parish. It is a Church requirement that at least one Godparent has the Sacrament of Confirmation. It is the expectation that Godparents are practicing Catholics. 

BAUTISMO - (Español) Registración para bautismo infantil es en la Oficina Parroquial. La reunión de los Padres, así como la clase pre-bautismal para los padres y los padrinos no es opcional. Si los padres o los padrinos ha(n) bautizado en los últimos doce meses de la fecha del bautismo propuesto, usted debe proporcionar la prueba de donde y cuando tomo la clase (una carta de la parroquia con el sello de la parroquia). Es requisito de la Iglesia que por lo menos uno de los padrinos haya recibido el Sacramento de Confirmación. Es la expectativa que los padrinos sean
Católicos practicantes.

CARE OF THE SICK - Please inform us when a parishioner is confined at home, admitted to a nursing home or a hospital. In case of an emergency, please call at any time.

La Parroquia Santa María de la Asunción es una comunidad Católica Cristiana multicultural, que reconoce y comparte los dones y talentos de cada bautizado.

Estamos unidos y comprometidos para desarrollar una nueva evangelización con un espíritu misionero.  Compartimos el conocimiento de Dios en Jesucristo, extendiendo Su Reino de paz, justicia, amor y verdad, por medio de la proclamación y vivencia del Evangelio.

Lord, our God, You called your disciples to build up your Church until the end of time.  In your hands we, your children of St. Mary of the Assumption Parish Community, place our Capital Campaign under your providential care.  As we renovate and restore our sacred place, we ask your continued blessing on all those who will assist us. Bless their labors as they turn our dreams into reality.

Fill us with your grace to continue our stewardship responsibilities so that, under your care, this endeavor may come to a successful completion. 
Help us realize that our sacrifice for the growth of the Catholic faith and the future of our parish is part of your divine plan.  With Saint Augustine we praise the work of your love and proclaim your action in our lives. Amen.

Campaña Parroquial

Señor, nuestro Dios,Tú llamaste a tus discípulos a edificar tu iglesia hasta el final de los tiempos.  En tus manos, nosotros, tus hijos de la comunidad parroquial de Santa María de la Asunción, ponemos la Campaña de Recaudacion de Capital bajo tu cuidado providencial.  Al renovar y restaurar nuestro lugar sagrado, pedimos tu bendición continua sobre todos aquellos que nos ayudarán.  Bendice su trabajo que convertirá nuestros sueños en realidad.

Llénanos de tu gracia para continuar nuestras responsabilidades de mayordomía, y que, así, bajo tu cuidado, este esfuerzo llegue a completarse con éxito.  Ayúdanos a darnos cuenta de que nuestro sacrificio por el crecimento de la fe católica y por el futuro de nuestra parroquia es parte de tu plan divino.  Junto con San Agustín alabamos la obra de tu amor y proclamamos tu acción en nuestras vidas.  Amén.
